Hand Stabilizers Questions
Measure around the widest part of your dominant hand, across the knuckles, not the wrist.
Size S fits 14 to 16.5cm (5.5 to 6.5 inches). Size L fits 16.5 to 19cm (6.5 to 7.5 inches).
If you fall between the two, choose the smaller size. It should sit snugly at the base of the thumb, which is where the support comes from.
Yes. Every order comes as a matched pair, one shaped for your left hand and one for your right, so you receive both. We are not able to split pairs or sell two of the same side.
Slide your hand in like a fingerless glove, with the firmer contoured part sitting snugly across the base of your thumb where it meets the wrist. Your four fingers stay free to knit, work a hook, or hold a cup of tea. For the first few sessions, wear it for 15 to 30 minutes so your hand settles into it. After that, wear it for as long as you are comfortable.
Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent, then lay it flat to dry in the shade, out of direct sunlight. Please skip the tumble dryer and do not use bleach.
Every order is covered by our 60 day money back guarantee with free returns. That gives you plenty of time to wear it through a few sessions and see how it suits your hands. If it is not right for you, write to us and we will sort it out.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within about 5 to 7 business days after that, depending on where you are.
We ship internationally. Your price shows in your local currency, and all shipping costs and totals appear at checkout before you pay, with no hidden fees.
A tracking link follows by email once your order is on its way.
You can pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You do not need a PayPal account to order.
Hand Stabilizers:
Honest answers to the questions we get most
It is made from a blend of synthetic materials: polyester fibre, nylon, spandex, and a foam insert. It is latex free and contains no wool, no lanolin, and no mammalian derived fibres, so it suits those with an alpha gal allergy. If your skin reacts to polyester or spandex specifically, please know they are present before you order.
It is shaped to support the areas most affected by these. It runs along the thumb side of the wrist and cradles the base joint at the inner palm, and it supports thumb movement where catching sensations like trigger thumb are felt.
It is a daily support to wear during activity, not a medical device or a cure, so if you have a complex hand history we would always suggest a word with your hand specialist first.
Many customers came to us after rigid splints and compression gloves did not suit them, and found this a gentler, more comfortable support.
Heated Gloves:
Honest answers to the questions we get most
They're made for you.
Three heat settings let you adjust to exactly what your hands need, whether you're out for errands or relaxing outdoors.
Nope! No smartphone needed at all.
Our gloves are completely standalone — no apps, no Bluetooth, no phone connection required.
Ours don't.
8+ hours on a single charge, guaranteed*. If they don't last all day, send them back for a full refund.
*on the lowest heat setting.
Our gloves are showerproof and snow-proof — light rain, snow, and damp conditions are no problem.
However, because they contain lithium batteries, we don't recommend submerging them in water or wearing them in heavy rain for extended periods.
For everyday use — dog walks, errands, gardening, shovelling snow — they'll keep your hands warm and dry.
60-day guarantee. Wear them, test them. If your hands are still cold, full refund. No questions.
Yes — the fingertips work with smartphones and tablets. No need to take them off to answer a call or check a message.
Yes. Our heating elements run through each finger—not just the palm. Warmth goes directly where you need it most.
Absolutely. Grip a steering wheel, hold a coffee, use your phone. These are built for daily life, not just ski slopes.
Yes — our gloves can be used for running.
They're great for cold morning runs when you need warmth but still want to use your hands (adjusting your watch, holding your phone, etc.).
That said, if you run hot and only need gloves for the first 10 minutes, you may find them warmer than you need once you're moving. They're best for runners who struggle with cold hands throughout their run.
Honestly? It depends.
Our gloves are flexible enough to grip handlebars, and customers tell us they can hold a steering wheel and coffee cup without issues.
However, they're not specifically designed for cycling. For precise brake and gear control, they may not feel as nimble as thin cycling gloves.
Our suggestion: Try them with our 6-month money-back guarantee. Take them on a short ride — if they don't work for brakes and gears, send them back for a full refund. No hassle.
Heated Products: Battery & Specs
Batteries, charging, and heat settings
Do they come with batteries?
Yes! Everything you need is included in the box:
- 2 rechargeable 4000 mAh batteries (one for each glove)
- Wall charger
- Your gloves, ready to go
Just charge, slide the batteries in, and press the button. No extra purchases needed.
Each glove uses a compact rechargeable lithium-ion battery — small enough to slip into a pocket inside the glove without adding bulk.
Battery specs:
- Power: 4000mAh
- Size: About the size of a small phone power bank — fits comfortably in your palm
They're lightweight, rechargeable via the included wall charger, and designed to keep the gloves slim and comfortable while still delivering longlasting heat.
Yes! The gloves come with two rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (one for each glove) and a wall charger included.
Just plug them in, wait a few hours, and they're ready to go again. No need to keep buying disposable batteries — one charge gives you up to 8 hours of warmth.
The gloves have three heat settings you can switch between with one button:
- Low: 45°C (113°F)
- Medium: 55°C (131°F)
- High: 65°C (149°F)
Most customers find low or medium is plenty for everyday use — walking the dog, errands, gardening. High heat is there for extra cold days or when you need to warm up fast.
The higher the setting, the more battery you'll use — so many people start on high to warm up, then switch to low to keep warm all day.
Within seconds. You'll feel warmth almost immediately — no waiting around in the cold.
The heating elements run all the way to your fingertips — not just the palm like cheaper gloves. That's the key difference for people with circulation issues.
Around 3-4 hours for a full charge.

For people who knit and craft, the hands are where comfort and making things live. Hand Hearth is a small warmth for hands that have been working a bit too hard.
