There's no pressure to make it perfect; we simply love seeing our products in your hands.

A few simple things to help your video come out well:

1. Film with your phone upright (portrait). Vertical video looks best when we share it.
2. Find good light. Facing a window with natural daylight is ideal — avoid a dark room or a bright light behind you.
3. Keep your phone steady. Prop it against something or rest it on a surface so the shot doesn't wobble.
4. Show the product. Make sure the product is visible and in focus while you're using it.
5. Just be yourself. Talk naturally about how you've been getting on with it — there's no script and you don't need to be word-perfect.
6. Aim for around 30–60 seconds. Short and genuine beats long and polished.
7. Send it raw — no editing needed. Please don't add filters, music, or text; we'll take care of all of that.
8. Add a few clear photos. A couple of you using the Stabiliser, plus one or two of the product on its own.
9. Tell us the difference it's made. If it's helped with relief, comfort, or anything you've been working on, we'd love to hear it.
