Charging The Batteries

Your HearthFoot™ Heated Insoles are powered via USB and designed to be paired with a portable power bank (sold separately). You may use an official hand hearth Power Bank or a compatible third-party model.

If You Purchased a hand hearth Power Bank

  1. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the power bank.
  2. Plug the other end into a wall adapter, laptop, or USB port.
  3. The LED indicators will display charging progress.
  4. Charging is complete when all LEDs remain solid.

Note: Hearthcell Power Banks are shipped separately and may arrive after your heated insoles. Please do not panic if your insoles arrive first.

If You’re Using Your Own Power Bank

  • Output: Must be 5V/2.4A minimum.
  • Capacity: 5,000mAh or higher recommended for several hours of use.
