- Always remove the battery before washing your garment.
- Do not sleep in your heated clothing unattended.
- Keep away from water and flammable materials.
- Do not use if damaged or malfunctioning.
- Only use official Hand Hearth power banks and chargers.
- Not recommended for children, infants, or pets.

Your HearthCore™ Heated Vest is powered by our advanced heating technology, featuring nine discreet panels designed to keep your core warm without added bulk.

Charging The Battery
Your HearthCore™ Heated Vest requires a USB power bank to operate. Please follow the guidance below:
If You Purchased a Hand Hearth Power Bank
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the power bank.
- Plug the other end into a wall adapter, laptop, or USB port.
- The LED indicators will show charging progress. Charging is complete when all LEDs remain solid.
If You're Using Your Own Power Bank
- Output: Must be 5V/2.4A minimum.
- Capacity: 5,000mAh or higher recommended for optimal runtime.
- Connection: USB-A or USB-C (via the included vest cable).
- Safety: For performance and safety, only use CE/FCC-certified power banks.
For best performance, we recommend using official Hearthcell power banks.
Powering On & Heat Settings
- Connect your charged power bank to the USB cable inside the vest pocket.
- Press and hold the chest power button for 3 seconds to turn on.
- Tap the button once to cycle through the heat levels (Low, Medium, High).
- Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
Care & Maintenance
With proper care, your HearthCore™ Heated Vest will deliver reliable warmth season after season.
Washing Instructions
- Always disconnect and remove the power bank prior to washing.
- Machine wash at 30°C (cold) on a gentle cycle.
- Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.
- Air dry only. Do not iron or dry clean.
Storage Instructions
- Ensure both the garment and battery are completely dry before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Disconnect and store the power bank separately. Charge to ~50% every 3 months during seasonal storage.
Troubleshooting
Vest Not Heating
- Vest not switched on: Press and hold the chest power button for 3 seconds.
- Power bank not switched on: Press the power bank button to activate output.
- Battery not connected properly: Ensure cable is firmly plugged into the battery pocket and battery.
- Battery empty/dead: Fully recharge before use.
- Cable loose/damaged: Try another cable if available.
- Faulty heating panel: Contact support for replacement.
Power Button Not Lighting
- Button not held long enough: Press and hold for 3 full seconds.
- Battery flat: Recharge battery fully.
- Connection issue: Reconnect cable, check port for debris.
- Faulty power button: Contact support if still not working.
Uneven or Weak Heating
- Vest too loose: Ensure a snug fit so heating zones contact your body.
- Garment folded/creased: Smooth out folds to avoid blocked heat flow.
- Battery low: Recharge battery fully.
- Too many outer layers: Use medium/high heat when wearing heavy coats over the jacket.
- Extreme cold conditions: Keep the battery warm in an inner pocket.
Battery Not Charging
- Faulty/incompatible charging cable: Try another USB cable or adapter.
- Dust/debris in port: Clean port carefully before charging.
- Battery end-of-life: Contact support for replacement battery.
Battery Drains Too Quickly
- Using high heat continuously: Switch to medium/low for longer runtime.
- Battery not fully charged: Charge to 100% before use.
- Cold weather: Keep battery in inner pocket to preserve performance.
Flashing Lights / Unusual Behavior
- Safety cut-off triggered: Disconnect battery, let it cool for 15 minutes, then reconnect.
- Fault detected: If problem continues, contact support.
