Use it on the spot that hurts.
Lay it across your lower back, neck, stomach or joints. The pad drapes over the curves of your body, so the heat reaches the whole area instead of only the middle.
How do I wash it?
- Unplug the cord first. It unclips from the pad at the waterproof snap connector.
- Machine wash on gentle. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Dry it flat. Lay it flat to air-dry.
How do I use moist heat?
Lightly mist the microplush with a fine water spray, then switch the pad on. The heat turns the moisture into a warm, steamy compress.
Built better than a drugstore pad. Cheap pads use stiff vinyl covers and sparse wires that leave hot spots and cold edges. This one uses closely spaced filaments inside soft, flexible microplush for even heat across the whole surface.
A heating pad that doesn't do its job. That is the whole problem.
Most heating pads are stiff, bunch up the moment you lean back, and are either barely warm or far too hot. And you can't relax properly if you're worried about leaving one on. We built this pad around those three problems.
- Deep, soothing heat in minutes. Steady warmth gets to work on a tight lower back, a stiff neck or period cramps within minutes, and helps loosen stiff muscles.
- Stays where you put it. A flexible, weighted design hugs the natural curves of your body. It gives edge-to-edge warmth across your back, stomach or joints, without bunching up or sliding off when you move.
- Relax without worrying. A built-in timer and thermal regulator manage the temperature for you, so you can rest on the couch or in bed without keeping an eye on it.
Easy to keep clean. The cord unclips, and the whole pad goes in the washing machine on a gentle cycle.
The Hand Hearth Heated Pad is a comfort product. We make no medical claim, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or manage any health condition.
Built-in protection
- Auto-shutoff — switches itself off after 2 hours, or at the timer setting you choose
- Thermal monitoring — keeps the temperature in check and prevents hot spots
- Even heat — closely spaced filaments spread warmth across the whole pad, instead of the hot spots and cold edges of cheap pads
- Waterproof snap connector — the cord unclips fully from the pad for washing
Can I fall asleep with it on?
The timer switches the pad off after 2 hours, so it won't keep running all night if you drift off. Thermal monitoring watches for hot spots the whole time it's on.
Heat you can control. Multiple digital settings, up to 145°F, so you can choose gentle warmth or deeper heat.

What customers actually say
The first heating pad that actually stays on my lower back
"Every drugstore heating pad I've owned felt like a stiff cardboard envelope that bunched up the second I leaned back on the couch. This one has actual weight to it. It drapes over my lower back and hips and stays flat. I get severe lower spine stiffness from working on my feet all day, and 15 minutes with this on medium loosens everything up so I can actually relax."
Knocks out menstrual cramps without scorching my stomach
"My cramps on day one and two leave me curled into a ball. Cheap pads only have two settings: barely lukewarm or burning hot. This one heats up in literally 30 seconds and has steady, even warmth across the entire surface. The fleece is super soft right against bare skin, and the auto shut-off lets me fall asleep without waking up worried about burns."
Saved me after throwing my back out shoveling
"Tweaked my lumbar spine clearing a blizzard last month. Could barely stand up straight. My physical therapist told me to stop using chemical heat patches that just irritate the skin and use direct moist heat. I misted the fleece lightly with water like the manual said, and the deep heat got right into the muscle spasm. It's built much better than anything you find at the pharmacy."
Machine washed it four times and works like day one
"I use this every single evening while reading in bed, and my cat usually ends up sleeping on it too. I was nervous about washing an electric pad, but the cord unclips easily and the whole thing went through the gentle cycle without issue. Came out just as soft, dried flat, and the heating wires didn't bunch or migrate."
