Check your handlebars first.
These fit standard 7/8-inch (22 mm) handlebars, used on most street, adventure and dual-sport motorcycles. If you ride a cruiser with 1-inch handlebars, choose our dedicated 1-inch model instead.
Full replacement grips, not slip-on wraps. Cheap heated wraps add bulk over your existing grips. These replace your grips completely, at a slim 32 mm, so your throttle feel and reach stay the same as stock.
Numb fingers on the clutch and brake. That is the whole problem.
Wind strips the heat from your hands, and even thick winter gloves go numb. Heated grips can help, but many feel bulky in your hand or leave you worried about a flat battery. We built these grips around those three problems.
- Fast heat, right through your gloves. The heating elements reach working temperature in under 90 seconds. Five settings, from 105°F to 140°F, push warmth through thick winter riding gloves to keep your fingers flexible and responsive on the clutch and front brake.
- Your battery is protected. The smart harness watches your bike's 12V system and cuts power if the voltage drops below 11.5V or the engine is turned off, so the grips won't drain your battery while you're parked.
- Feels like your stock grips. A slim 32 mm diameter keeps the factory throttle feel, without bulk. The vulcanized rubber damps handlebar buzz and keeps its grip in the wet.
Ride further into winter. Warm hands mean you can keep riding on cold mornings, instead of parking the bike until spring.
Built for safe riding
- Responsive fingers — warm hands stay flexible and ready on the clutch and front brake
- Wet-weather traction — vulcanized rubber keeps a secure grip in the rain
- Less vibration — the rubber damps high-frequency handlebar buzz
- Stock control reach — the slim 32 mm profile keeps your hand position and throttle feel, without hand fatigue
Will they drain my battery?
No. The included smart wiring harness has built-in voltage sensing. When you turn the engine off and the battery voltage drops below 11.5V, the controller cuts all power to the grips, even if you forget to switch them off.
Built for all weather
The grips, thumb controller and wiring harness are IP67 waterproof. The heating elements are sealed inside the vulcanized rubber, and every wiring connector has a rubber O-ring seal, so they handle downpours, road salt and normal bike washing.

What customers actually say
Saved my cold-morning commute on the highway
"I commute 35 miles each way on my V-Strom year-round in the Pacific Northwest. At 70 mph in 38-degree rain, thick Gore-Tex gloves still go numb within 15 minutes because wind strips all your body heat. These grips pump enough heat through my glove palms that my fingers stay completely loose and ready on the front brake lever. Huge difference in safety."
Clean install and feels just like factory stock grips
"I was worried these would feel like holding fat pool noodles. They don't. The 32mm diameter is practically identical to my OEM grips, and the diamond tread gives great traction with wet leather gloves. Wired them straight to the battery using the included harness—the wiring is discreet and the bar-mounted switch looks factory."
Rode across Montana mountain passes in late October
"Took a 4-day tour through the Beartooth corridor right before the passes closed for winter. Morning temps were 28 degrees with frost on the asphalt. Setting 4 kept my palms and fingers comfortably warm all morning without burning through my gloves. They heat up in about a minute after hitting the starter button."
The auto-shutoff feature saved my battery on day three
"I parked outside a diner, killed the engine with the ignition key, and completely forgot to turn off the grips. Came back 45 minutes later expecting a dead battery and having to bump-start a 500-pound motorcycle. The voltage sensor had cut power the second the alternator stopped charging. Started right up on the first crank. Worth every penny for that feature alone."
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The included smart wiring harness features built-in voltage-sensing technology. When your motorcycle's engine shuts off and the battery voltage drops below 11.5V, the controller automatically cuts all power to the grips, preventing accidental battery drain.
Yes. They are designed for standard 7/8-inch (22mm) handlebars used on the vast majority of street, adventure, and dual-sport motorcycles (featuring a slightly larger bore on the right side to slide directly over your standard throttle tube). For 1-inch cruiser handlebars, a dedicated 1-inch model is also available.
No. Unlike cheap slip-on heating wraps that add awkward bulk, these are full replacement grips engineered with an ultra-slim 32mm outer diameter. They preserve factory throttle feel, hand ergonomics, and control reach without causing hand fatigue.
Yes. The grips, thumb controller, and inline wiring harness carry an IP67 waterproof rating. The internal heating elements are hermetically sealed inside vulcanized rubber, and all wiring connectors use rubber O-ring weatherproof seals that withstand downpours and standard bike washing.
Absolutely. On level 5 (maximum setting), the grips reach up to 140°F, generating radiant thermal energy specifically calibrated to penetrate insulated leather, fleece, and Gore-Tex motorcycle gloves within two to three minutes of riding.
