Your HearthCore™ Heated Vest requires a USB power bank to operate. Please follow the guidance below:

If You Purchased a Hand Hearth Power Bank

1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the power bank.
2. Plug the other end into a wall adapter, laptop, or USB port.
3. The LED indicators will show charging progress. Charging is complete when all LEDs remain solid.

If You're Using Your Own Power Bank

• Output: Must be 5V/2.4A minimum.
• Capacity: 5,000mAh or higher recommended for optimal runtime.
• Connection: USB-A or USB-C (via the included vest cable).
• Safety: For performance and safety, only use CE/FCC-certified power banks.

For best performance, we recommend using official Hearthcell power banks.

1. Connect your charged power bank to the USB cable inside the vest pocket.
2. Press and hold the chest power button for 3 seconds to turn on.
3. Tap the button once to cycle through the heat levels (Low, Medium, High).
4. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.

Washing Instructions

• Always disconnect and remove the power bank prior to washing.
• Machine wash at 30°C (cold) on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent. Do not bleach.
• Air dry only. Do not iron or dry clean.

Storage Instructions

• Ensure both the garment and battery are completely dry before storing.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Disconnect and store the power bank separately. Charge to ~50% every 3 months during seasonal storage.

Garment Not Heating

• Not switched on: Press and hold the power button for 3 full seconds.
• Power bank inactive: Press the button on the power bank to activate power output.
• Loose connection: Ensure the cable inside the pocket is firmly plugged into the battery port.
• Battery empty: Fully recharge the power bank before use.

Power Button Not Lighting Up

• Button hold duration: Ensure you are holding the button for a full 3 seconds.
• Depleted battery: Recharge the power bank completely.
• Debris in port: Inspect and clear any dust or debris from the USB connector.

Uneven or Weak Heating

• Garment creased: Lay the vest flat to smooth out any internal folds.
• Fit too loose: Adjust clothing underneath for a snugger fit to bring panels closer to the body.
• Extreme cold: Use medium or high settings and keep the battery warm in an inner pocket.

Flashing Lights / Unexpected Behavior

• Safety cut-off triggered: Disconnect the battery, allow the unit to cool for 15 minutes, and re-attach.
